Building means organize, direct, buy materials and equipment, realizing the operation. It means controlling the time and costs and, ultimately, provide qualified personnel for technical assistance to start-up. ATechno plans to manage this phase providing Client consultancy, design, implementation and validation finally under one name and responsibly.

Purchasing

The service is to buy, according to schedule dictated by the timing of the final design, equipment, materials and services for construction and assembling. The activities include the formulation of requests for suppliers to bid included in the "Vendor List" agreed with the customer, analyzing the proposals received, the conclusion of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, expediting downstream purchase.

Management

During the course of construction, ATechno is responsible for the work in accordance with the law.

Organization of work

The construction activities are directed and controlled by engineers of ATechno permanently deployed in the work site. This organization, composed of technical specialist, supervises and oversees the execution of the work.

Control of the times

The progress of work is constantly being followed, monitored and updated on the basis of the work program in which they indicated the duration and dates of the beginning and end of all activities.

Costs control

Periodically costs are updated, adding to the estimate of costs to finish and comparing these data with the budget. In this way the customer is accurately informed about their financial investment.

Technical assistance and testing

During the course of the work, ATechno ensures every technical assistance and at the end, the staff oversees the partial and final testing of all the works and installations performed and, finally, prepare drawings "as built" and operations and maintenance manuals of the plant.
